Two-level building expansion, renovation of existing interiors, and construction of new entries. The upper level will feature a new gathering space, meeting rooms, rest rooms, and administrative offices; new fellowship areas, meeting rooms, rest rooms, and classrooms will be on the lower level.

Renovation of historic courtroom in the Federal Building completed in 1899. The third floor courtroom is undergoing a complete renovation, as are the judges' chambers, clerks' room, and two adjoining conference rooms.

Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse

New multi-use facility to house curling and exhibition/assembly space, featuring an ice sheet system and food service equipment. The project also involves expansion of the 4-H Youth Building with additional space for meeting rooms and small group gatherings.
